A Note From Chicks in Space

“We can not say thank you enough to NanoRacks DreamUp Program. It has truly helped our dreams come true and inspired us to continue working towards our goals of helping the future of space exploration and research. We are three sisters from a small town in Tennessee. Since we were in grade school we have been fascinated with space exploration. We wanted to help the future and success of longterm space missions. Throughout the years we worked on multiple projects and eventually we developed a prototype of a hydroponic garden designed to work under conditions of microgravity. Eventually our research stopped – for it to continue we would need actual conditions of microgravity – and this of course was unobtainable. There was no way for three sisters working out of an extra bedroom to get a project on the ISS. At least that’s what we thought. We had the amazing luck of being introduced to NanoRacks DreamUp program. Our project was selected and we are currently are filling out paper work that will allow our project NanoETON to be sent to the ISS. This experience has been unbelievable – NanoRacks has truly made space available to everyone”
